2 Corinthians 1:18-20

¹⁸ As God is faithful,^(A) our message to you is not “Yes and no.” ¹⁹ For the Son of God,^(B) Jesus Christ, whom we proclaimed among you—Silvanus,^[a](C) Timothy, and I—did not become “Yes and no.” On the contrary, in him it is always “Yes.”^{(D) 20} For every one of God’s promises^(E) is “Yes” in him. Therefore, through him we also say “Amen”^(F) to the glory of God.^(G)
